We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We do NOT offer refunds.

Please see Return Instructions below. Once you have emailed us your return/exchange, we will review your request. Once we receive your item(s) back and they are accepted we will issue your replacement item!

We do not offer exchanges on different color items.

If you receive your item and a new size is needed. Trump Depot is not responsible for the shipping cost. 

Trump Depot will cover shipping 100% if it was a mistake on our end.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same brand new condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If we receive your item and it has been worn or washed we will be unable to grant you the exchange as we are unable to sell used items.

Return Instructions:

Email us at trumpdepotusa@gmail.com with your Order Number, the reason you are exchanging and the preferred item/size.

We cannot fulfill your exchange until we receive your items, please mail the item back to us at the below address at your earliest convenience.
